- Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled service: Full refund
- Cancellations made 12-24 hours before: 50% refund
- Cancellations made less than 12 hours before: No refund
- No-shows: No refund

- Service credit for future bookings
- Complimentary service

3. Weather and Emergencies

In case of severe weather conditions or emergencies that prevent service delivery, we will work with you to reschedule or provide a full refund.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in cases of:
- Customer misconduct or violation of terms
- Vehicle issues that are the customer's responsibility
